Lenten Pizza
I made our favorite vegan pizza (dreamed up by my dear sister)
for the potluck after Presanctified Liturgy: pizza dough, tomato sauce
(well drained in a sieve over a bowl), sauteed vegetables (mushrooms,
onions, peppers, garlic, and baby spinach), chopped kalamata olives,
salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Baked at 450 for 15
minutes on a well heated pizza stone.
