Just the Ticket...

 
 
 

  After a busy morning and early afternoon spent working on lessons, visiting the doctor for a well-check, grocery shopping, and speech therapy, I took a break.  I gazed at the peonies gracing our table for awhile, lolled on the sofa with my girl, and mixed up some dough to make another loaf of Greek Pascha bread.  After a busy, busy weekend, a low-key afternoon was exactly what I needed.

Might you please share your Greek Easter Bread recipe? I've been wanting to try some but am not sure how to choose among the many recipes available online. I'd rather get a recipe from someone "I know" :)

I omit the fennel seed and the hard boiled eggs and I put a piece of foil over the top about 20 minutes in to prevent burning.
