
- Basic Sandwich: Romaine or iceberg lettuce and sliced tomatoes, mayonnaise, white, whole wheat or rye bread

- Thinly sliced cucumbers, tabbouleh, and pita bread
- Sliced tomatoes, Georgian garlic and walnut sauce, and pumpernickel bread
- Sliced avocados and sprouts, honey mustard vinegarette, and wheat or multi-grain bread
- Grilled onions, barbecue sauce,and kaiser roll
- Sun-dried tomatoes and sliced back olives, pesto sauce, and focaccia
