Going to visit family always results in lots of presents for our little trio...

Colored pencils, paper, a wise old owl,

a beautiful wooden cradle for the wee girl in our life,

The Complete Novels of Jane Austen for Mama,

That cradle is wonderful! I see you got to "peek" early!

The Lives of the Saints looks great too. Lots to learn! :-)

Whenever I visit my parents, they always have something for my family. Today, Bubby got a pair of sneakers and a Beanie Baby kangaroo. I got a beautiful faux suede duster for spring/autumn. Mom is a notorious thrift store/garage sale/rummage sale fanatic. She finds some great things.

You are set for reading material for awhile! The doll cradle and flowery blanket are really sweet.

I also wanted to let you know that I tagged you for a meme if you'd like to play along. If not, no big deal. :)

Emma -

I am curious about the Volumes "The Lives of the Saints". Who is the Author? Thanks!

Hi Karen Louise!

The books were translated from Slavonic (Church Russian) by Father Thomas Marretta and were published by Chrysostom Press 2003(www.chrysostompress.org)

Hope that helps!

Emma
