Christmas Feasting

I finalized our Christmas menu today.  We'll be enjoying all of our favorite feasting dishes, including a Christmas bread (which is the Pascha bread recipe styled after the gorgeous loaf that features prominently on the Christmas breakfast table in the 1994 film version of Little Women).  I would love to hear what you are planning to serve for your Christmas Day festivities!

This year for the first time, I'm spreading out Christmas goodies to encompass all 12 days, but for Christmas Day we're having corned beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, and birthday cake (for Jesus). Other delights to be enjoyed over Christmas are sausage balls, cheesecake, apple danish, and peanut butter fudge. One of the days will be an Egyptian feast -- meat and potato bake, red lentil soup, salad, and baklava. Not much of a feast, but we're a small family!

You menu sounds delicious!
