It is a chilly, gray February day. I woke up late and had a morning bath (bliss!) after a breakfast of pancakes, the little ones and I ran a few errands that included procuring a few essentials like cream for coffee, apples, and a new candle for the table (the wicks in my homemade ones didn't work well, so I need to get something different) and now we're all settling in for a quiet afternoon with books, warm drinks, and a roaring fire. We were supposed to get a tiny bit of snow, but the forecast seems to be calling for rain now. No matter... we're cozy! Have a lovely day, friends!
