After Sunday Liturgy on our sixth day of being in San Fransisco, we headed to Monterrey and Carmel for more sight-seeing and window shopping. We got to watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean and even dipped our toes into the icy water!
OH, how gorgeous. I feel ashamed-- I've lived in the West Coast now for over a decade, yet I've never spent a considerable length of time in San Francisco (I did go to St. John Maximovitch's Cathedral on Geary for a visit). I HAVE, however, been to Carmel and Monterrey several times. So gorgeous and lovely!
