Oh, thank you SO very much for answering my questions! I worried they were slightly too personal, after I posted them. I appreciate your time so much, thank you, Emma!

One thing I do with regards to budgeting is allow myself a certain (small) amount of cash each week to spend on those little treats you mentioned! Lately, it's been fresh greenery from the farm up the road, or those lovely seasonal candles available just about everyplace. As you mentioned, those little treats help to break up the milk-and-bread monotony of household purchases, and make our home just a touch more cozy as well. And when that bit of cash is used up, that's it until next week! :)

I liked the suggestion about walking while talking on the phone. Usually I will curl up on the couch when I do this! See, having a second set of eyes on the topic helps, so easily. The other thing I have started doing (only for the past three days!) is using my husband's weights to do a few sets of crunches and arm exercises. I don't break any sort of sweat (ick!) but it makes me feel as if I am doing something at least.

Thanks again for your time and insight! Looking forward to engaging with others on this topic. And, you've inspired me to (at least think about!) the idea of my own blog - what a terrifying endeavor to think about! Haha.

so often I am not able to watch all of a podcast (busy mainly) but I found time (yay!!!) to watch this one tonight (sitting on couch next to my MOM, so nice to be visiting!) and I really enjoyed it. you were very clear and I liked your answers. you are really blessed to have yours sisters and I love how you do try to be there for each other and respect no matter the differences.

I love talking on the phone while walking. today I took a walk and took some pictures and that was nice too!

I have so enjoyed getting to know you through your vlogs! As a long time reader, I was surprised you gave up some of your anonymity to do so. However, I am glad you did :)You and your sister seem so sweet and genuine-- I want to join you for a cup of coffee! Anyway, though I haven't commented in a while, I have been keeping up and am loving your vlogs!
Happy Holidays,
Himilce aka "New Mom"
