Great reminder, thanks.If you get a chance, could you share where you get all of the wonderful wooden figures you show on the blog? I'd love a wooden nativity for my kids, or at least something they can touch. I had a lovely cheap but beautiful plastic one growing up. Now the unbreakable ones look like cartoons. Thanks!
Hi Jen, Our figures are Ostheimer ones and we primarily get them through The Wooden Wagon. They can be a bit expensive, but we get a couple each year for birthdays, names days, Christmas, and Pascha ( Easter). We have their mini nativity (just the one with The Mother of God, St Joseph, the Christ Child, and two animals). And last year, we were able to save for the Mother of God on a Donkey and this year we are waiting for St Joseph. Both of those are full sized. hope that helps!
