This weekend was a busy one! We had my mother-in-law and our son's godfather and his son visit (my MIL will be visiting until Tuesday morning). We also had a birthday coffee hour for our son (check out the cake a friend made!!), a trip to the beach and lots of errand running! With ten days to go before Christmas, you can bet that the posts until Nativity will be full of activities!

What a beautiful cake! I hope you had a great visit with family and friends. I can't believe you made a trip to the beach. Sometimes I'd really love to trade in all this snow and ice for a milder winter. Ugh.
