Caviar is a Garnish!

 

 

 

 

Caviar is a traditional food on Lazarus Saturday, but we've never really eaten it. I bought a cheap jar of salmon caviar yesterday, as well as the ingredients to make a pot of mussels. The caviar was weird, but my husband did like it on a sliver of bagel with some of the broth from the mussels and a caviar garnish ("What is that? What are you doing? You're taking all the caviar! That caviar is a garnish!").
