Day One of Landscaping
We've embarked on an enormous landscaping project at the church and I am simultaneously exhausted and exhilarated at the thought of all the work ahead of us.
These trees make such an impact! We prepared the area for the trees, removed a yucca plant, removed approximately one million rocks from the area, weeded, moved a hydrangea bush, pruned the crepe myrtles, hauled a huge rock to a different location, dragged rocks to make a rock edge, planted three trees, hauled compost and gravel into the space between the ramp and wall, and placed the other plants where we intend to plant them. Oh, and my husband mowed and used the blower twice. Whew.
