I love knitting this blanket! It was supposed to be something that I would knit on once in awhile and would start now and leave the bulk of the work until autumn's chilly nights, but I can't! I'm not even reading anything because knitting this is so much fun!

How beautiful. It looks like a very intricate pattern. I love it.
Gorgeous! I love a project you can't put down. :)
Love that earthy grey color and the pattern...swoon.
I love that pattern!! I believe it is the same one I knit as a baby blanket for my son. Yours looks so soft and squishy!
Lovely pattern. It looks comfy & squishy cosy- perfect for winter x
What a great pattern! I'm so tempted to start a blanket right now. Autumn is almost palpable now, isn't it? Exciting for me!
dropping by from the yarn along. I was intrigued by the picture of your project. It is a great pattern!
I love Old Shale. A very favorite of mine. I notice you have a cable running through it? Is this your own adaptation or did you find that in a pattern? The gray is perfect!
It's truly beautiful! You have gone from being a beginner, to NOT being a beginner anymore! So wonderful to learn (and love learning) a new craft :)
I can easily see the obsession, it's beautiful, squishy and lovely to sit under (with a/c).
Thanks for the encouragement, everyone!
Mother4, I forgot to include a link to the pattern in my post. It's Jared Flood's Shale Baby Blanket with an additional 3 repeats to make it larger!
Those are the best kind of projects, the ones you can't put down!
