What a coincidence... I decided to bake cookies today, even before I had read your blog. My husband really liked them too!
Yum. . .I made some shortbread and some chocolate cookies. My shortbread succeeded! the last few times I've tried to make shortbread it hasn't turned out too well, but this time it finally worked!
