1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl gently mix by hand the ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, onion, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Shape into 12 meatballs, and place in a baking dish.
3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cooked through.
Delicious served with pasta and tomato sauce or on a chunk of Italian bread loaded with tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese and broiled in the oven until melted and golden.

Love your meatball recipe. It is quite similar to mine, though I would add half a pound of ground porc to it. Mmmmmm....
ohh those sound yummy!
i forgot to mention we would use turkey not beef. we are not red meat eaters
