I learned how to use a pizza stone to make delicious homemade pizza while I was visiting Kate and her family earlier this month. I stopped to buy a pizza stone on my way home and I have made pizza at least once a week since. It is so exciting to have something new to add to my cooking repertoire.

Looks so delicious! My sister loves her pizza stone. I don't have one, but I have found that greasing my cookie sheets with refined coconut oil makes for a perfectly cooked crust. I make homemade pizza once a week, carrying on the tradition from my childhood.
