On My Bedside Table: I recently went through my collection of vintage Victoria magazines and fell back in love with all the beautiful imagery within the pages. I was inspired to get the August issue just days before it left newsstands (you can still order them online from their website!) And am seriously considering a subscription. One of my favorite features in the nineties was the fashion articles, so I was pleased that fashion was included. I love the style of romantic Victorian flair added to modern clothing. Hopefully the fashion spreads will now be a regular feature in forthcoming issues!
Listening: The India Hicks podcast was recently recommended by @habituallychic and I am really enjoying it! India Hicks sits down with her mother, Prince Phillip's cousin, to talk about her childhood among royalty. I listen via Spotify.
On My Needles: I'm still knitting away on my striped shawl. It will be great to be working on it as the weather cools down!
Seasonal Delights: I began working on my Autumnal Bucket List yesterday afternoon and am so looking forward to crisp apples, choosing pumpkins and chrysanthemums, baking treats, and trips to our favorite gardens and faires.
Out and About: We took a lovely late afternoon walk yesterday. Now that the tourists are starting to head home and the sun is less scorching, I hope to do more little outings like this.
