Little Artist
Our
eleven year old has become really interested in drawing recently. I
offered to try to find a local art class for him, and he replied, "No
thanks! I have YouTube!" Ha! I'm going to look for something anyway. I
think even the older members of the Merry Trio would enjoy that as well!

Macrame
Our daughter made a macrame plant hanger to give her French teacher this weekend and we stopped at Bleached Butterfly to buy a plant to hang in it.

Two Shakes
When
we make hot chocolate, we often like to add cinnamon to the top. I
recently bought a beautiful blown glass and pewter salt and pepper set
at the thrift store and am using one of the shakers for cinnamon. Now we
can have the finest dusting of cinnamon instead of the clumps and plops
that we were used to. What should I use the second shaker for?

Best French Onion Soup
You
must try making 'Best French Onion Soup' from Cook's Illustrated
Magazine! It's really easy and so delicious. Plus, you'll get a head
start on collecting onion skins for dyeing red Pascha eggs!
46 Years
oday
is the 46th anniversary of my father-in-law's Ordination to the
Priesthood! I baked a carrot cake for him and our daughter decorated it
with this beautiful floral scene.

Chickpea-of-the-Sea Tuna Salad
This
might pushing things a little too far, but we will see what my husband
thinks when he tries this Chickpea-of-the-Sea Tuna Salad from @thesimpleveganista. It smells yummy and was easy to put together!
Verdict: Very Tasty!

Death on the NIle
We went to see Death on the Nile today in the theater.
The
fashion was so inspiring! I wish I could find more
photos of the sets, because they were wonderful, too!
