This is the menu for the big family dinner served at my mom's. Every mom, grandma, and aunt chips in a couple dishes. There should be about 17 people there, some of the cousins are spending the holidays this year with their in-laws. It wouldn't be a proper holiday meal without pyrogies and cabbage rolls :o) And I really should make some Kutya, Ukrainian dish with wheat, poppy seed, and honey.

  6. Christmas Eve is salmon chowder and pumpkin whoopie pies.

Christmas is pineapple ham, mashed potatoes, green bean supreme, winter squash, and gingerbread with whipped cream.

Dinner rolls both days and maybe waffles for Christmas brunch after Mass.

    Merry Christmas!!
