  1. This Lent seems sooooooo long, probably because it's practically summer! Anyway, this menu looks delicious, but the temptation of just making something with butter RIGHT NOW is almost killing me :0

  2. Parmesan-roasted asparagus are a HUGE favorite in our house! I make them during Lent without the parmesan, too, and with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, and breadcrumbs on top. SO yummy! Your menu is delicious!
