Yarn and Knitting Tools...

I have been knitting for nearly three years and it finally occurred to me that I needed a safe spot for all of my yarn and tools!  Our bedroom had an empty corner that seemed perfect for the job, so my husband helped me set up this little spot by hanging the cubbies and securing the bookshelf to the wall.  I'm sure that I will spend some time rearranging, but it is so nice to have this little area bringing me inspiration!

  1. Really lovely! (Larry said "does she have a fish tank? Me: No it's yarn. Him: Ah, a yarn tank.)

  2. There are two things great about this...One, the yarn spot is a good idea and looks great...Two, the fact that you actually had an empty corner in your bedroom (or anywhere in your house for that matter) in this day and age is an accomplishment in itself :-)

  6. Hi Nancy!

The swift and ball winder are made by Strauch. They are beautifully made in the USA.
