With the addition of a fleece jacket for chilly mornings, some yoga pants for cool and rainy days at home, and several long sleeve tee shirts, this should work well for the early autumn. I have the majority of these items from past seasons. All I need to purchase is a pair of trousers (camel) and the wellies... It will be wonderful to have rain boots!
Classic pieces! I can't WAIT to wear regular clothes again! I'll miss most of my fall wardrobe and jump straight to winter.
ReplyDeleteI love the denim skirt, where did you find that?
ReplyDeleteHi Liz,
ReplyDeleteIt is from gap maternity. I linked to it after reading your comment. While it is technically a maternity skirt, I am wearing it as a normal skirt. The panel is only a few inches and in my opinion is better than a normal button and zipper. I am finding it easier to wear now that I am not pregnant than when I was. HTH!
Nice choices!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for fall, my favorite season. Looking at these clothes is making me really impatient!
ReplyDeleteI especially love the skirts and the sandals.
LOVE the bag! I also thought the animal print cardi was a nice deviation from the standard solid colored. I always enjoy your wardrobe posts; next time perhaps you could show some of the pieces that you have next to these to show how you "make it work" without buying all new things. Just an idea :)
ReplyDeleteOooh, I love the brown skirt! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI really, really like the brown skirt, Mimi! I keep hoping that they will get a few more colors!
ReplyDeleteCan I ask where you got the Wellies?
ReplyDeleteThat is exactly what I need to get thru the wet winter here in Seldovia. :-) Thank you!
Hi Cara!
ReplyDeleteThey are from L.L.Bean... click the word "Wellies" under the picture, and it will take you right to the site!
What a genius idea! Separate my wardrobe into seasons just like my menu. I'm starting to do this with kids' toys too. Oh I love this. :) Thanks for the inspiration!
