Great Lent is a pretty busy time of year for priests, and Fr John is no exception. Yesterday, we had our first family date in a really, really long time and treated the children to ice cream! It was a lot of fun and a day I don't think they will forget for awhile.
Oh yes, ice cream. We've already had our share. ;)
ReplyDeleteA dear parishioner brought us her homemade, incredible cheesecake last night. I thought I was going to die. Some cheesecakes can go into the freezer to share at coffee hour. Not this one. It's amazing. Guess the girls and I will get back to serious PE next week. :)
