We were in need of a little something different for lunch today, and egg salad sounded really good! Normally, I only make egg salad and deviled eggs after Pascha (Easter) to use up the multitude of eggs we always seem to have left over from the Paschal Liturgy. It was big hit today though, so I think that I will try to make it more often!
I was thinking about you at lunch time and wondering if you'd made some! Glad you enjoyed it! :-D
ReplyDeleteLooks and sounds so good! I love egg salad but my children won't eat it, though my son will eat hard boiled eggs. Might just have to make it for lunch tomorrow!
