Ballet began today! Sugar Plum was shy at first but warmed up without much trouble. I think that the next five Mondays are going to go quickly for our little girl!
We've been reading a lot of ballet books in preparation for today, and I had to include this illustration from one of our favorite books by Helen Oxenbury... The baggy tights are so endearing!
I pray that ballet is a wonderful experience for your little girl!
