I finally bought an extension cord for our
baby changing closet! I wish that I hadn't waited so long, because it is very entertaining for a wiggle-worm! I also got a yard of each of these patterns to cover the plastic changing table pad. They are beautiful AND soft!
love the lights--So cheerful

I have that same fabric (the small purple and lavendar flowers)! I'm using it in a quilt that I'm learning to sew. It's been put on a back burner for now, though.
ReplyDeleteWha a lovely idea above the changing table! Brilliant (snicker, tee hee, I crack myself up!)
ReplyDeleteI love those lights! They are hanging in a closet?? Very whimsy!
ReplyDeleteAre you sewing the fabric? Or just draping?
Hi Jamie!
ReplyDeleteWe have our changing table in one of the closets in our bedroom (click on the link to see before and after!). Rather than hemming the cloth, I just tucked it under the pad and it looks great! Whenever I need to change it, I just whip it off and toss it in the wash!
I'm sorry about what happened. Someone came onto our floor to ask my suitemates to take down the jack o'lanterns (with lit candles inside)they put outside our house. Apparently it was against the fire code. Ironic, right?
ReplyDeleteHow lovely! I'm also a mid-twenties baby girl mama, and I've visited your blog before but I think that this may be the first time I'm commenting. :o) What a beautiful blog...and congratulations on your sweet pea on the way!
ReplyDeleteHi, I just found your site through my friend Amy at Simple Folk. What a lovely place you have here and such wonderful ideas!!! I hope you don't mind, but I would like to add you to my friends list so I can visit often. Blessings,
