Though I knew that I had this little glass house packed away somewhere, I only unearthed it a few days ago (and in the nursery closet, of all places!). After seeing directions and enticing pictures in several magazines this month (
Cookie and
Living), I am thinking that this just might be part of a perfect fun project this coming week!

Obviously, my Little Miss thinks that it would be a good project as well!

Emma, I can't find your email, but wanted to let you know I got your LOVELY package. Thanks so much! It smelled delicious and everything was gorgeous and so cheery!

So pretty! Are those real plants in there?
ReplyDeleteI have a few issues of Living I haven't had a chance to look through yet--hopefully the article is in one of mine & I'll take a look!
I love this idea. My girls would love creating these, too.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a sweet idea!
ReplyDeleteHi Mommy Bee!
ReplyDeleteSome of the pictures from Cookie magazine (which I don't recommend) are filled with real plants. The one from Martha Stewart (Oct. 2008) doesn't appear to be! Hope that helps! Enjoy your stash of Living!
lol--I tried cookie magazine too, and I didn't really enjoy it either. I'll stick with Martha and Real Simple, thank you!
ReplyDeleteI love how those look! Where do you get the mini plants? My son has wanted to make a terrarium for quite awhile and you have inspired me to get it going!
ReplyDeleteHugs! Sharon
